A message from Team MLM

We wanted to share a quick update with you during this time of uncertainty surrounding the COVID 19 outbreak. Our priority, always, is the safety of our customers, employees, production team and communities in which we live and work.

Our production headquarters in Indonesia remain unaffected, we are checking with them daily and ensuring they are receiving any support they need. Our on-site production manager ensures established health and hygiene standards are met and has implemented extra precautions and practical measures during this time. All pre-order stock due for arrival in the upcoming weeks is still on track and we will inform our customers should anything change due to delays with customs or delivery.

 

As a small company, we have the flexibility of working from home or distancing when necessary, at this stage our office is open and operating as usual while closely following any advice and guidelines from the Australian Government Department of Health and the World Health Organisation. Our customer care team is here to help with any queries you may have and all orders are being dispatched as normal with extra preventive measures put in place.

 

If you do not wish to give an 'authority to leave' for your parcel, you may still opt for a signature delivery, our delivery partners have advised that they will note your name on delivery but no signature will be required for a safe, minimal contact delivery. Please allow extra time for for your deliveries as our third party services also navigate this difficult time.

 

Our local communities are facing another testing time, please be kind to each other and support each other. A lot of small businesses around Australia are feeling the effects, if you are capable and safe to do so, go support your local cafés, restaurants and boutiques and help keep them open.
